We deliver across Rusape and most parts of Zimbabwe, including towns, growth points, and surrounding residential and business areas.

Delivery Fees
Our delivery charges are simple and transparent:
- Standard Delivery: $2.00
- Free Delivery: Orders above $10.00
Free delivery eligibility may depend on service coverage in your area within the MeatBox network.
Delivery Times
- Same-day or next-day delivery depending on order time and location
- Remote areas may require longer delivery windows through partner networks
- Customers will receive WhatsApp updates once their order is being prepared or dispatched
- Delivery times may be affected during weekends, holidays, or peak demand periods
Order Processing
- Orders are processed after payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed
- Customers are encouraged to place orders early to secure preferred delivery times
Delivery Conditions
- Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address

- MeatBox is not responsible for product condition if items are not properly stored after delivery
Free Delivery Terms
- Free delivery applies automatically to orders above $30.00

Risk & Responsibility
Once an order has been delivered and accepted:
- Responsibility for storage and handling transfers to the customer
- MeatBox is not liable for spoilage or damage resulting from improper storage after delivery
