Refund policy

At MeatBox, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality meat products to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our return and refund policy is structured to ensure fairness while maintaining strict food safety standards.

1. Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

The product was delivered spoiled, contaminated, or unfit for consumption
The product received is incorrect (wrong item or quantity)
The product was damaged during delivery

All claims must be made within 2 hours of delivery or collection.

2. Proof of Issue

To process any return or refund request, customers must provide:

Clear photos or videos of the product
Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or WhatsApp order record)

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

Change of mind after purchase
Improper storage after delivery (e.g., meat not refrigerated or frozen promptly)
Products that have been partially consumed or tampered with
Requests made after the 2-hour reporting window

4. Refund & Replacement Options

Once your claim is verified, MeatBox will offer one of the following:

Replacement of the product (preferred option)
Store credit for future purchases
Refund, processed via the original payment method (where applicable)

Refunds are typically processed within 24–48 hours after approval.

5. Collection & Inspection

In some cases, we may arrange to collect the affected product for inspection
Refunds or replacements may be issued after verification

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of the products

7. Our Quality Commitment

MeatBox adheres to strict hygiene, cold chain, and handling standards to ensure all products reach you in optimal condition. If something is not right, we will resolve it quickly and professionally.
