- Browse categories such as beef, chicken, pork, sausages, and specials
- Add products to your cart
- Select your preferred delivery location
- Confirm your order and checkout
Once your order is submitted, it is automatically routed to the nearest MeatBox partner butcher or fulfilment point for processing.
2. Order via WhatsApp
For customers who prefer a more personal or quick ordering experience, WhatsApp is the fastest option.
Steps:

- Tell us what you would like to order (or request a product list)
- Our team will assist you with pricing, availability, and recommendations
- Confirm your order via chat
- Receive confirmation and delivery details
This method is ideal for quick questions, bulk orders, or customers who prefer guided assistance.
How Delivery Works
Once your order is confirmed, MeatBox ensures a smooth fulfillment process:
1. Order Processing
Your order is assigned to the nearest partner butchery or fulfillment point.
2. Preparation & Packing
The partner prepares your order according to MeatBox standards—freshly cut, properly weighed, and securely packaged.
3. Delivery Dispatch
Orders are delivered through:
- Local delivery riders or agents in your area
- Regional partner logistics for wider coverage
4. Final Delivery
Your order is delivered directly to your door or designated pickup point, depending on your location.
Delivery Coverage
We currently offer:
- Local delivery in selected areas
- Nationwide delivery through partner network and agents
If your area is not yet covered, we will still do our best to arrange delivery through the nearest available partner.
Order Timing
- Same-day or next-day delivery depending on location and order time
- Bulk or special orders may require additional preparation time
- Customers are notified of expected delivery times at confirmation stage
