1. Online Card Payments (Debit & Credit Cards)

You can pay securely on our website using debit or credit cards.

How it works:

  • Select your products and proceed to checkout

  • Choose PayNow as your payment option

  • Enter your card details securely through the PayNow gateway

  • Payment is processed instantly and your order is confirmed

This method is fast, secure, and ideal for customers who prefer cashless transactions.

2. EcoCash Payments

We support EcoCash in two convenient ways:

A. EcoCash via PayNow (Website Checkout)

  • Select PayNow at checkout

  • Choose EcoCash as your payment method

  • Enter your mobile number and authorize the payment

B. Direct EcoCash Payment

  • You may also pay directly to our official EcoCash merchant number (provided during checkout or order confirmation)

  • Always wait for payment confirmation before delivery processing begins

EcoCash is one of the fastest and most widely used payment options in our network.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For customers who prefer to pay only when they receive their order, we offer Cash on Delivery.

How it works:

  • Place your order online or via WhatsApp

  • Select Cash on Delivery at checkout or during order confirmation

  • Pay the delivery agent when your order arrives

This option is convenient for customers who want extra reassurance before payment.

Payment Security

All digital payments processed through PayNow are:

  • Encrypted and secure

  • Verified in real-time

  • Protected against unauthorized access

We do not store sensitive card or wallet details on our systems.

Order Confirmation Policy

  • Orders are only processed once payment is confirmed (except COD orders)

  • Customers receive a confirmation message once payment is successful

  • For EcoCash direct payments, confirmation may take a short verification period

Important Notes

  • Please ensure you use correct payment references where required

  • COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch depending on location

  • Prices are confirmed at checkout or order confirmation stage

  • Failure to complete payment (for prepaid orders) may result in order cancellation
